Ahmad Fadzlee is the Managing Director and co-founder of IPVOLUSI Sdn Bhd. He has over 15 years of experience in handling Intellectual Property matters and he has been engaged for IP valuation for different purposes (i.e. corporate transactions, IP transactions, and quantification of IP damages).
He co-authored the Intangible Asset Valuation Guidance Notes for the Royal Institution of Surveyors Malaysia (RISM) in 2017.
He was appointed as one of the regional experts by World Intellectual Property Organisation (WIPO) for a regional project in the area of Institutional IP Policy in 2023.
Ahmad Fadzlee, along with his team, has the experience in valuing trademarks, copyrights, and patents for the purposes of: a) purchasing an IP asset, b) determining shareholder value in a joint venture, c) internal management reporting, and d) quantifying IP damages.
