Her work supports universities, MSMEs, GLCs and MNCs seeking to commercialise innovations, protect high value IP assets and scale responsibly in technology-driven environments.
Her career spans Malaysian and international enterprises where she has consistently combined legal precision with commercial and technological insight to unlock value from intellectual property while mitigating risks in fast evolving industries.
Her key focus work is bridiging innovation and monetisation. She has supported organisations in structuring IP portfolios, negotiating licensing and commercialisation arrangements, designing IP governance and management frameworks that translate research and innovation into sustainable value.
She has also been closely involved in technology and IP-intensive ecosystems including digital payments, cloud-based platforms, telecommunications, nanotechnology, FMCG branding, media entertainment and digital content. Her exposure to these sectors has sharpened her ability to manage IP risks in data-driven platform-based, regulated environments with particular interest in gen-AI, IoT and robotics.
