Sr Nik Luqman is a Registered Valuer (V-1217), Registered Estate Agent (E-2835) & Registered Property Manager (PM-3045) with the Board of Valuers, Appraisers, Estate Agents & Property Managers Malaysia (BOVAEP), with approximately 20 years of experience in the real estate and valuation industry. He is a Member of the Royal Institution of Surveyors Malaysia (RISM) and the Persatuan Perunding Hartanah Muslim Malaysia (PEHAM).
Sr Nik Luqman is the CEO of Qaiser Harta Sdn Bhd, a registered practising firm with the BOVAEP and he is also appointed as a Court Assessor at the High Court, providing independent expert opinion in valuation and land-related disputes.
His professional experience spans land acquisition and land dealings, together with the valuation of real estate and structures, plant, machinery, equipment & infrastructure (PMEI), as well as business & intangible assets. He also possesses extensive experience in feasibility and market studies, property development, investment analysis and corporate advisory services, particularly in relation to submissions to Bursa Malaysia & Securities Commission Malaysia.
Internationally, he has undertaken valuation assignments across Indonesia, Singapore, Australia, Japan & United Arab Emirates (UAE) and has participated in technical visits to notable international developments including NEOM City (Riyadh) & the Abraj Al Bait Clock Tower (Mecca), Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
